The read seems off

It's a friendly guess, not fact — and we show you how sure we are. When it says "just guessing," that's on purpose. We'd rather be honest than fake confidence.

Restore a purchase

Settings → Restore Purchases. The unlock is one-time and Family Shareable.

Older iPhone?

Some devices don't have Apple Intelligence. The app still works with a simpler write-up.

It didn't find my pet in a photo

Try a clearer, closer photo. Recognition improves when the pet's face is visible.
